Instructions
- Combine cooled quinoa with flour, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Lightly beat the eggs in a small bowl and add them to the quinoa mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the quinoa mixture into balls or ovals and carefully add them to the hot oil.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
- Drain on paper towels or cool on a wire rack.
- Serve with ketchup or your desired dipping sauce.
