Instructions
- Combine salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Wring out excess moisture from the hash browns using a clean dish towel.
- Add 1 ½ tablespoons of avocado oil and butter to the griddle.
- Once the butter foams, shape the hash browns into patties using a ½ cup measure.
- Press the patties with a spatula and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, avoiding excessive browning.
- Add the remaining oil, flip the patties, and sprinkle with any remaining seasonings.
- Cook for another 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
