Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and toss to mix.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the lower part of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
