Ingredients

The squash

  • 2 cups yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch thick half moons

The seasoning

  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and toss to mix.
  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
