Japanese Rice Porridge with Sweet Potato

Instructions
- Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water.
- Wash and rinse the uncooked rice until the water runs clear, then drain.
- Combine the drained rice and 10 cups of water in a large pan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then add the tea bag.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and add them to the pan.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the sweet potatoes are cooked.
- Serve in a rice bowl.
