Instructions
- Wash and cut the kiwis in half, then scoop out the flesh.
- Cut the lime into small pieces.
- Combine the kiwi flesh, lime, sweetener, salt, and water in a blender or food processor.
- Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth, being careful not to over-blend.
- Strain the juice if desired, then serve immediately over ice.
