Ingredients

  • 3 pieces ripe kiwis, peeled
  • ½ an avocado avocado
  • 1 piece banana
  • handful baby spinach
  • ½–1 cup plant-based milk, vanilla flavored
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple, or agave)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • to taste lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid to the blender first, followed by the kiwis, banana, avocado, spinach, and sweetener.
  2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed until creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more sweetener or lime juice if desired.
  4. Add ice and blend again, scraping down the sides if necessary.
