Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
- 2. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 5. Stir in the chocolate chips and Sno-Caps.
- 6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 8. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets.
- 9. Bake for 11-12 minutes until barely golden brown.
- 10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
