Instructions
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Evenly distribute the ingredients over the 4 mason jars in the following order: dressing, pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, feta, nuts, and finally spinach.
- Store the jars in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- When ready to serve, dump the contents onto a plate and enjoy.
