Instructions
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Chop garlic in a food processor.
- Add chicken pieces, salt, ground pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes to the processor and pulse until combined without over-mixing.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2 tbsp each.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs, turning until browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the meatballs and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to coat.
