The firecracker sauce

buffalo sauce

brown sugar

soy sauce

olive oil

ginger, minced

rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the ground meat with breadcrumbs, parmesan, one tablespoon of olive oil, egg, and spices in a large bowl, then knead and form into small meatballs.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Heat the remaining two tablespoons of oil in a skillet and add the meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and stir the meatballs to soak it up, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve the meatballs immediately.
