For frying
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl until well blended and sticky.
- 2. Heat a wok with enough oil for shallow frying.
- 3. Wet your hands and scoop a teaspoon of the mixture to shape into small balls.
- 4. Drop the meatballs into the hot oil to fry.
- 5. Turn the meatballs using a spatula and fry until cooked through.
- 6. Serve hot.
