Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions
- Soak the peeled and cut sweet potatoes in cold water for about an hour.
- Drain and pat dry the sweet potatoes, then place them in a sealable bag with cornstarch and shake to coat.
- Transfer the sweet potatoes to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then add the spices and sugar, tossing to coat evenly.
- For the oven, preheat to 450°F, line baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick spray, then spread the fries in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
- Toss the fries and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with sea salt.
- For the air fryer, preheat to 380°F and cook in batches for 12 to 13 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.
