Pulled Pork in a Crock Pot

Instructions
- Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl to create a seasoning mixture.
- Add honey, vinegar, and olive oil to the mixture and stir to form a paste.
- Place the onion halves in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put the pork pieces on top of the onion and cover with the honey paste.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7 to 8 hours until the pork is tender.
- Shred the pork and serve warm with desired toppings.
