Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear and drain well.
- Add 1 ½ cups of water to the Instant Pot, then add the drained rice and stir well.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot with the valve in the sealing position.
- Set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 8 minutes.
- When the cook time is up, quick release the pressure and carefully remove the lid.
- Let the rice sit uncovered for 2-3 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Serve immediately or transfer to another container until ready to serve.
