The rice

  • 2 cups uncooked jasmine rice

The water

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under running water using a fine-mesh strainer.
  2. Add the rinsed rice and water to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close and lock the lid, then select 'Pressure Cook' and set the timer to 4 minutes.
  4. After cooking, let the rice sit in 'Keep Warm' mode for 10 minutes.
  5. Release any remaining steam by switching the valve to 'Venting'.
  6. Open the lid and fluff the rice.
