Instructions
- Rinse the rice under running water using a fine-mesh strainer.
- Add the rinsed rice and water to the Instant Pot.
- Close and lock the lid, then select 'Pressure Cook' and set the timer to 4 minutes.
- After cooking, let the rice sit in 'Keep Warm' mode for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining steam by switching the valve to 'Venting'.
- Open the lid and fluff the rice.
