20-Minute Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

Instructions
- Rinse the rice well.
- Place the rice, water or broth, salt, and pepper in the inner bowl of the Instant Pot.
- Add butter if using, cutting it into cubes and scattering it on top.
- Put the lid on the pot and set it to sealing.
- Set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a natural release of pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
- Carefully open the lid, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed. Stir well and serve warm.
