Instructions
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- Add the rinsed rice and cold water to the Instant Pot and secure the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to HIGH pressure and cook for 3 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid, season with salt, and fluff the rice with a fork.
