Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toast the chopped pecans on the baking sheet for 6 minutes.
- Cook the turkey bacon on the stove for about 5 minutes on each side and let it cool.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and prepare the Brussels sprouts by tossing them with avocado oil on the baking sheet, face down, and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the sprouts are baking, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Toss the baked Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper, then add the vinegar mixture and toss to coat.
- Chop the turkey bacon and add it to the Brussels sprouts along with the pecans and cranberries.
- Stir to combine and serve immediately.
