The Crumb Topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fill the muffin cups with batter and prepare the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the muffins.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the muffins for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
