Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, sambal, garlic, and brown sugar, mixing well.
- Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Roast in the oven for 25 minutes until the broccoli is softened but still crisp.
