Sauteed Broccoli

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 bunch Broccoli florets (~4 cups; florets cut in half)
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt (or ½ tsp – to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and increase heat to medium-high. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly browned.
  3. Add water, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove lid and stir-fry for another minute if there is excess water.
