Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and increase heat to medium-high. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly browned.
- Add water, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove lid and stir-fry for another minute if there is excess water.
