Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ pkg ranch dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 ea green onions

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and half of the green onions in a bowl and mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese until combined.
  3. For a cold dip, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  4. For a hot dip, preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Add a layer of cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
