Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and cool. Smash potatoes to about ⅓ inch thick. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix olive oil and garlic powder, brush on potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy. Prepare garlic feta sauce. Garnish potatoes with herbs and serve with sauce.
