Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mash the bananas in the baking dish.
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk, egg whites, and almond extract to the dish and mix well.
- Top with mixed berries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve with yogurt if desired.
