Ingredients

The base

  • 3 pieces Ripe Bananas
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice
  • 1 cup Egg Whites
  • ½ teaspoon Almond Extract

The topping

  • 2 cups Mixed Frozen Berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mash the bananas in the baking dish.
  4. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk, egg whites, and almond extract to the dish and mix well.
  5. Top with mixed berries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve with yogurt if desired.
