Instructions
- Combine oats, chopped banana, cinnamon, salt, and water in a small pot.
- Heat mixture over medium-low for 4-5 minutes, stirring often until softened.

- Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
- For microwave method, combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in egg whites and microwave for additional time until creamy.
