Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chopped banana, cinnamon, salt, and water in a small pot.
  2. Heat mixture over medium-low for 4-5 minutes, stirring often until softened.
  3. Slowly stir in egg whites, whisking constantly until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
  5. For microwave method, combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in egg whites and microwave for additional time until creamy.
