Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
- Mix the tomato sauce, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then add chopped pepperoni and some of the sauce mixture.
- Combine ricotta, spinach, and egg in a bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture on each noodle, add the meat mixture, and roll them up.
- Place some sauce in the baking dish, arrange the rolls seam-side down, and cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
