Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • ¾ Cup Walnuts
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Add parsley, basil, garlic, walnuts, grated parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Pulse the ingredients until crumbly.
  3. Slowly add olive oil while pulsing for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the pesto is well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  5. Serve with pasta, sandwiches, or eggs.
