Ingredients

  • ¼ cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine scallions, parsley, garlic, and salt in a food processor and pulse until well mixed.
  2. With the food processor running, drizzle in the lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Add walnuts and pulse until combined.
  4. Serve with sesame crackers.
