Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and salt in a bowl, then mix in melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for about 5 minutes until slightly darker.
- Allow the crust to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixer, beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Add the cooled chocolate and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing for 5 minutes after each addition.
- Spread the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for about 5 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy and spread on top of the pie.
