Ingredients

The spice mix

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

The tacos

  • 1 lb raw lean trimmed flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 8 (6 inch) tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce leaves
  • 8 tablespoons Sabra Veggie Fusions Southwestern Guacamole
  • 4 tablespoons clover sprouts
  • 4 pieces grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 piece radish, sliced very thin

Instructions

  1. Combine all the spices in a small dish.
  2. Place steak strips in a Ziploc bag with the spice mixture, seal, and shake to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned steak for about 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave and lay them out to fill.
  5. Divide lettuce and steak among the tortillas, top with guacamole, sprouts, tomatoes, and radish.
