Instructions
- Blend all ice cream base ingredients until smooth and chill until very cold.
- Scoop out small balls of the cookie dough and freeze them.
- Churn the chilled ice cream mixture in an ice cream maker until it reaches a soft serve texture.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together and drizzle into the ice cream while churning.
- Add in the chilled cookie dough bites and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze until desired consistency.
