Instructions
- Chill the ice cream canister and storage container in the freezer if required by your ice cream machine.
- Beat the eggs in a stand mixer until foamy, then gradually add the sweetener and beat until slightly thickened.
- Add the whipping cream, vanilla extract, almond extract, and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream canister and add the milk, mixing well.
- Run the ice cream maker according to its instructions.
- While the ice cream is churning, prepare the cookie dough by combining all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl and mixing until a dough forms.
- Add the chocolate chips and shape the dough into small balls, placing them in the freezer.
- Once the ice cream is finished churning, gently stir in the frozen cookie dough balls.
- Transfer the ice cream to a storage container and freeze until firm.
