Ingredients

The dough

  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter (softened; or butter-flavored coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 3 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tbsp Besti Brown Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • tsp Sea salt

The mix-ins

  • ¼ cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, Besti Powdered, and Besti Brown. Beat until fluffy, then mix in the vanilla and sea salt.
  3. Add the almond flour and mix until a crumbly dough forms. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. If the dough is sticky, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop to form small balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
  6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour for a firmer texture.
