Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the oats, rice cereal, and sliced almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, mix the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Add the oat mixture and dairy-free chocolate chips to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a square pan lined with parchment paper and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until hardened.
- Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
