Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Add the oats, nuts, and seeds to the mixture and toss to coat well.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes to harden.
- Break apart and use as desired.
