Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼-½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1-3 teaspoons cinnamon

Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼-½ cup dried fruit
  • ¼-½ cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, nuts, and seeds to the mixture and toss to coat well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes to harden.
  7. Break apart and use as desired.
