The wet ingredients

coconut oil, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almonds, coconut flakes, pecans, pepitas, dry quinoa, chia seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to coat.
- Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the hemp seed.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
