Golden Turmeric Hummus

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- For a creamier texture, add olive oil or water.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt, or cayenne.
- Serve as is or garnish with pine nuts, sesame seeds, or parsley.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
