Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare muffin cups with liners or cooking spray.

- In another bowl, combine the applesauce, brown sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, peanut butter, and buttermilk, whisking until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
