Instructions
- Melt the corn syrup and oil together, then whisk in the milk, sugar, and eggs.
- Combine the dry ingredients and add them to the moist ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
- Fold in the mashed bananas, leaving some chunks if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then top with peanut butter and chocolate shavings.
