Ingredients

The donut holes

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • cup raw cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

The glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp non dairy milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all donut hole ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate the donut holes for at least 25 minutes.
  4. To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar and non dairy milk in a bowl until a thick paste forms.
  5. Remove the donut holes from the refrigerator and spoon glaze on top of each.
  6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate to let the glaze harden.
