Pear Brie & Caramelised Onions Quesadillas

Instructions
- Prepare the balsamic glaze by heating all glaze ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat, stirring until it thickens.
- While the glaze thickens, heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat and add the onion slices.
- Caramelize the onions for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add water if needed to prevent burning.
- On tortillas, layer pear slices, thyme, Brie cheese, and caramelized onions, then top with another tortilla.
- Cook the quesadilla in a pan or grill over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Slice the quesadilla and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
