Pear, Brie, and Honey Quesadilla

Instructions
- Heat a nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Place one tortilla in the dry pan and evenly arrange the brie slices on top.
- Add the pear and red onion slices, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
- Place the second tortilla on top and heat for about 3 minutes before flipping.
- Heat for another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
