Pear, Brie, and Honey Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 2 ounces Brie, sliced into long ¼-inch slices, rind removed
  • 1 piece Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 slices red onion
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the dry pan and evenly arrange the brie slices on top.
  3. Add the pear and red onion slices, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top and heat for about 3 minutes before flipping.
  5. Heat for another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the pan and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
