Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, sweet potatoes, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Toss until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix pecans with melted butter and brown sugar until coated.
- Transfer the apple and sweet potato mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tender. Adjust time if necessary.
- Uncover, add the pecan topping, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
