Ingredients

Mango-Peach Fruit Roll Ups

  • cups diced peaches
  • cups diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey

Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl Fruit Roll Ups

  • cups diced strawberries
  • cups blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons honey

General Base

  • 3 cups diced fresh fruit
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. For Mango-Peach, blend the peaches, mango, lemon juice, and honey until smooth, then pour onto baking sheets and spread into an even layer.
  3. Bake for 6-8 hours until the center is not tacky, then cool and cut into strips.
  4. For Strawberry-Blackberry Swirl, blend strawberries with honey and lemon juice, then pour into a measuring cup.
  5. Blend blackberries with honey and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Pour and swirl the strawberry and blackberry mixtures on the baking sheets, then bake for 6-8 hours until the center is not tacky.
  7. Cool and cut into strips.
