Homemade Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit of choice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fruit juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a lined half sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
  3. Place in the oven at the lowest temperature (around 170°F) and bake for 6-8 hours until the center is not sticky.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  5. Peel off the fruit layer, cut into strips, and roll them up in parchment paper.
