Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the fruit, remove stems, and blend in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the blended fruit to a saucepan and mix in honey, lemon juice, and vanilla. Heat over medium for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly, keeping it thin.
- Bake for 4 hours or until the mixture is no longer sticky.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into strips and rolling. Store at room temperature.
