Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups
Ingredients
The fruit

ripe or slightly over-ripe diced fruit
The sweetener

to taste
sweetener (honey, sugar, agave, etc.)
The flavorings

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice

to taste
optional seasonings, spices, extracts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature (140°F or higher).
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap or a silicone baking mat, spreading it to about 1/8" thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 hours until the center is not tacky.
- Remove from the oven and peel off the fruit roll-up from the baking sheet.
- Cut into strips and roll them in parchment or plastic wrap.
- Store in an airtight container or freeze.
