Instructions
- Puree the strawberries and raspberries in a blender.
- Optionally strain the seeds for a smoother texture.
- Line baking sheets or dehydrator trays with parchment paper.
- Spread the fruit puree evenly on the lined sheets, ensuring a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch.
- Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature (around 170°F) or set the dehydrator to 135°F.
- Dry the fruit roll ups in the oven for 3 to 5 hours or in the dehydrator for 4 to 6 hours.
- Check for doneness; they should be leathery but not brittle.
- Cut into strips while still on the parchment paper and store in an airtight container.
