Mango-Raspberry Fruit Roll Ups

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150ºF and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat.
- Blend the mango until smooth and set aside.
- Blend the raspberries with sugar until smooth.
- Spread dollops of the mango and raspberry purées evenly over the prepared pan.
- Bake for 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours, rotating the baking sheet every hour until tacky but not wet.
- Let the leather cool, then remove it from the mat and cut into strips.
- Roll the strips up with wax paper and store in a sealed container.
