Ingredients

  • 2 cans or jars tuna
  • 6 pieces cornichons or dill pickles
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill or 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 green onions green onions
  • 1 medium lemon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the tuna.
  2. Mash the tuna in a bowl using a fork.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to three days.
